Marilyn F. (Gentry) Lawrence, 81 of Canal Fulton passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. Marilyn was born April 20, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Allan MacDonald and Vivian Bracken Guy. She enjoyed doing activities with her sister, Vivian, including Fridays at Wink's in Barberton. Marilyn had a kind and giving heart and loved animals. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by son, James Michael Lawrence; grandchildren, Stephanie and Vincent and is survived by her children, Christopher (Beth) Lawrence, Suzanne (Jeff) Jennings, Rebecca Gentry and Pamela Gentry; grandchildren, Preston, Emily, Tyler, Evan, Kiersten, Kelsey and Christian; great grandchildren, Gracie and Ryatt; and sister, Vivian Taylor. The family will receive friends at a Memorial Visitation FRIDAY 5-7 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E (Rte. 93) Canal Fulton. A graveside service will be held SATURDAY 1:00 p.m. at Lockwood Cemetery with Pastor Jake Tovissi, officiating. Memorials may be made in Marilyn's name to your local Animal Shelter.
