Maritta Ann (Horvath) Smith, 62 of Canal Fulton, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at her home. She was born June 2, 1959 in Barberton to the late Jim and Mary (Trpka) Horvath. Maritta was 20 year employee of the Canal Fulton Domino's who enjoyed going to work and interacting with her customers. She attended Canal Fulton Christian Fellowship. Maritta was very loving and wanted to take care of everyone. She loved being around her family especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandson, Colton Smith; brothers, Larry and Kenny Horvath. Maritta is survived by her husband, Kip Smith; daughter, Katrina (Chuck) Bahl; sons Colton (Rose) and Chris Smith; grandchildren, Luke and Tim Bahl, Jessie, Serenity, Kilee and Lucie Smith; brother, John (Laura) and James Horvath. A Memorial Service will be held SUNDAY, December 12, 2021, 5:00pm at Canal Fulton Christian Fellowship, 2021 Locust St., Canal Fulton with Pastor Doug Dill officiating. Visitation Saturday, 4pm to 6pm AT THE CHURCH and also one hour prior to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
