Mary Ann Donnenwirth, 84 of Canal Fulton, passed away peacefully Friday, November 4, 2022 with her loved ones by her side at her home. Born in Copley, September 26, 1938 Mary Ann was a retiree from the Northwest Local Schools after 32 years of service where she was the head cook at Clinton Elementary and Canal Fulton Elementary. She enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, reading, her dogs and her Kindle. Most importantly Mary Ann enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and extended family. She is survived by her children, Mariann Sue (Jeff) Bender, Richard (LaNita) Donnenwirth; Jennie (Vince) Sette, and Sally (Jerome) Eisenmann,14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Russell (Lorraine) Boswell and George Boswell; sister-in-law, Peggy Donnenwirth; brother-in-law, Robert Coffee; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Russell and Sarah Boswell; husband, Richard Donnenwirth; sisters, Joy Cox and Florence "Weggie" Coffee; brothers-in-law, Robert (Nancy) Donnenwirth and Terry Donnenwirth. The family wishes to thank mom's caregivers At Home Instead and Mercy Hospice Funeral Services will be held WEDNESDAY, November 9, 2022, 11:00am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor John Stahl officiating. Visitation TUESDAY 4pm to 7pm at the funeral home. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery.
