Maureen M. Papp, 76 of Manchester, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A life resident of Manchester, she was born November 7, 1948 to the late Harry and Evelyn (Chambers) Harget, graduated from Manchester High School in 1966 and retired from Gardner Insurance after 25 years of service.

Maureen enjoyed crafting, reading, traveling, crossword puzzles and going to the casino. She especially loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Les Harget and brother-in-law, Vaughn Papp. Maureen is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Joseph Papp; daughter, Jessica (Mark) Williams; granddaughters, Kendall and Hailey Williams; siblings, Sandy Farmer, Terry (Sue) Harget and Bev Snyder; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held SUNDAY, March 9, 2025, 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Graveside service Monday, March 10, 2025 11am at Manchester Cemetery, New Franklin, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations in Maureen's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
