Michael A. Arconti, 68 of Akron, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022 surrounded by family. He was born December 1, 1953 in Akron to the late Thomas and Betty (Yonkich) Arconti and was a proud US Marine Corps veteran having served during the Vietnam Era. Michael was a talented carpenter and loved animals, especially his cats. The family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice for their compassionate care of Michael. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Arconti and brother-in-law, Sam Haddad. Michael is survived by his long time companion, Amy Murray; sisters, Rosemarie "Sis" Haddad, Julie Belenski, Annemarie Boykin, Cathy (Mike) Herston, Carey (Ron) Wachtel and numerous nieces and nephews. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and private services will be held for the family at a later date. Inurnment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
