Myrtle E. North, 88 of Canal Fulton, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Chapel Hill Community. Myrtle was born in Canal Fulton and had been a life long resident. She retired from B. F. Goodrich after 40 years of service and was a member of Chapel of the Cross United Methodist Church in North Lawrence.

Preceded in death by her husband Robert North in 2002, sister Goldie Eberly, brother Marion Cormany and sister Pearl Cavitt; Survivors include her sister Sylvia Arman and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Chapel Hill Community for their care and support of Myrtle over the past 18 years.

Funeral Services will be held FRIDAY, March 21, 2014, 2:00pm, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) where friends may call ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time. Burial at Newmans Creek Cemetery, North Lawrence.
