CLINTON---Nell Podnar, 83, passed away September 25, 2012. Born in Martinez, Contra Costa, California to Anthony and Ehtel Gaetz. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sister Nora and survived by brother Rodger (Cathy). Nell married Joe Podnar in July 1952. They cofounded Clinton Machine Co. and together worked side by side for over 30 years. Nell is survived by her husband of 60 years; children Joe Jr., Mark (Lynn), Mickey (Stephanie) and Terry (Lisa); grandchildren Danielle, Angela, Aaron (Ashley), Eric and Alex and four great-grandchildren. Per Nell's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Barberton Hospice and Palliative Care.
