Nelson E. Trompower, 78 of Canal Fulton, passed away Monday, June 06, 2022. Born December 4, 1943 in North Lawrence to the late Bernard and Toma (Ellis) Trompower, he had been a Canal Fulton area resident all of his life. Nelson served in the Army National Guard and retired from VanDevere Auto. He loved golfing and watching Ohio State football. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Trompower and sister, Barbara Howard. Nelson is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary (Ries) Trompower; sons, Dean (Christina) and Steve (Katie) Trompower; granddaughter, Kiersten Trompower and grandson, Justin Trompower. Funeral Services will be held MONDAY, June 13, 2022, 10:00am, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery.
