Owen Dale Lautenschleger, Sr., age 90, of Canal Fulton, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 25, 2026. He was the loving son of the late Alton and Mildred Lautenschleger and the beloved husband of his late wife of 49 years, Kay L. Lautenschleger.

Owen was the devoted father of Owen Dale (Cathy) Lautenschleger, Jr., Renee Ann (Jerry) Morehart, and the late Michael (Laura) Lautenschleger. He was the cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and great-grandfather of four. He was also the dear brother of the late Eugene Lautenschleger.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, with family member Pastor Tony Richard officiating. Burial will follow at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Rd. (Rt. 306), Chesterland, Ohio.
