Patricia "Patty" (Young) Lewis, 66 of Manchester passed away, Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Hospice Care Center surrounded by her family. Patty was born August 6, 1944 in Manchester, was a graduate of Manchester High School and a member of the former Manchester Trinity Chapel. She was also a member of Anna Dean Chapter #595 O.E.S., F.O.P. #139, Auxiliary and she worked in the medical field in this area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Eleanore Young and is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jerry Lewis; children, Kim Mitchell (Jamie); Traci (David) Craig; James Lewis; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Abigail, Alexandra and Alaina; favorite dog, "Fritz"; brother, Bob (Carol) Young; sisters, Judy McVerry and Janet (Richard) Rohrich, many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Dr. Freeland Oliverio for his care and concern. Funeral Service THURSDAY, 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Jerry Harpool officiating and where friends may call WEDNESDAY 4-8 p.m. Burial Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia memory to the ALS Association , Northeast Ohio Chapter, 2500 E. 22nd Street, Suite #102, Cleveland, OH 44115.
