Peter E. Wilder age 79 of Jackson Twp, Ohio passed away suddenly on Dec. 3, 2021. Pete was born in Oakland, CA on Jan 6, 1942, to Ellen Thomas Wilder and Guy Earl Wilder. He was a Navy Veteran and proudly served his country. Pete worked for Babcock and Wilcox in Barberton and retired from B & C Machine (Barberton & Canal Fulton). He enjoyed golf, bowling, hunting and was a member of the Massillon Amateur Radio Club (WD8PTW). He is survived by his wife Mary (Phillips) Wilder with whom he shared 52 years of marriage. As well as, his children Peter (April) Wilder, Kristie (Chris) Paulson and his Grand Children Curtis Wilder, Nathan Wilder, Matthew Paulson, and Mikael Paulson. He is also survived by his sister Judy Grabham of Annandale, MN and is preceded in death by his father Guy Wilder and mother Ellen Wilder.

Funeral Services will be held THURSDAY, December 9, 2021, 1:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial with military honors at Canal Fulton Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family Thursday from 12:00pm to 1:00 pm.
