Richard E. Przepasniak, 86, passed away peacefully Monday, July 1, 2024. He was born April 7, 1938 in Buffalo, NY to the late Raymond Przepasniak and Vivian Preston and had been a Canal Fulton area resident since 1968. Richard retired from Miami Valley International after 30 years of service. He was a member of Grace Bible Church, loved to travel and loved watching sports, especially football and hockey. Richard was an avid volunteer and took many trips to Lar Feliz, a children's home in Brazil.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diane "Sandy" Przepasniak; brothers, James, Charles and Kenneth Przepasniak. Richard is survived by his daughters, Ruth (Mike) Kiel and Sherri (Ray) Young; grandchildren, Miranda, Holly, Don and Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Tristan, Teagan and Grace; nephew, Steven Przepasniak; and nieces, Lisa and Debbie Przepasniak.

Visitation will be held SUNDAY, July 7, 2024, 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Graveside Service MONDAY, July 8, 2024, 1:00pm at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron. Please meet at the cemetery.
