Rita J. Snyder, 68 of Clinton died Saturday January 1, 2011 at Aultman Hospital. Rita was a life resident of the area and had retired after 37 years service as a secretary for the Akron Board of Education, having spent many of those years at East High School. She attended Rolling Acres Missionary Alliance Church. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, James Snyder; 2 sons, James (Evelyn) Snyder, Jr.; Ted (Beth) Snyder; 6 grandchildren, Frank, Jayne and Cori Snyder; Hannah, Jenna and Nora Snyder. Funeral Service WEDNESDAY 10:30 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry Street. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Andy Smith officiating and where friends may call TUESDAY 6-9 pm.
