Robert E. "Bob" Martine, 86, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022. He was born March 1, 1936 in Akron to the late Edson and Ruby (Harrison) Martine and retired from General Tire. Bob was an SSGT in the Army Reserves and an Eagle Scout, He loved all Cleveland sports, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Heggy's Nuts, traveling, camping, gardening, and play cards. Bob had a great sense of humor and most of all loved spending time with his family and The Lord. Bob is survived by his loving wife of almost 62 years, Gay "Marty" Martine; son, Don Martine; daughter, Jill Smith (Tom) Olesen; grandsons, Andrew (Kara) Smith and Alex Olesen and brother, David Martine. Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, May 24, 2022, 1:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation Tuesday, 11:30am to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
