Robert Charles Harbaugh, 72 of Kenmore, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019. Born on February 16, 1947 in Barberton to the late Woodrow and Helen (Reifsynder) Harbaugh, he was retired from Lindsay Concrete. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by grandson, Aaron Robert Friend. Robert is survived by his wife, Candace (Arter) Harbaugh; daughter, Rhonda Friend, son, Troy Harbaugh and grandson, Brandon Friend. Per the family's wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
