Robert "Terry" Kroeger, 77 of Canal Fulton passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017. Terry was born September 21, 1939 in Massillon to the late Robert J. and Leona G. (Williams) Kroeger. He was a 1957 graduate of Northwest High School, worked as a service manager in the automotive industry, including at Remlingers and as a driver with Regional Expedite. Terry was the former Fire Chief with the Canal Fulton Fire Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline A. Kroeger in 2006. Terry is survived by his wife, Julie Kroeger; children, Scott (Judy) Kroeger, Kris Schmidt and Michael Kroeger; stepdaughters, Christine and Diane; grandchildren, Sophie and Daniel. Funeral service TUESDAY, 10:30 a.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church, 336 W. Market, Canal Fulton with Rev. Robert Linsz officiating. Burial will be at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call MONDAY 5 - 7 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. (Rte. 93) Canal Fulton, with Firemans Services at the conclusion of the Monday visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Terry's name to St. John Lutheran Church, Canal Fulton.
