Ruzell Isom "Rose", 93 of Canal Fulton, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014. Born in Hamilton, Alabama to the late Curtis and Lula (Homer) Cox she had been a Canal Fulton area resident for over 50 years. Rose was a founding member of the Anchor Baptist Church in Massillon and was actively involved for many years. Preceded in death by husband John; son Jerold Isom; infant sons Curtis Roy, Jay Foy and sister Vada Lee Abston. She is survived by her son Charles (Marlene) Isom; daughters Shirley Stoll, Dorothy (Dave) Larson; daughter-in-law Donna Isom; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held MONDAY, December 15, 2014, 11am at the Anchor Baptist Church, 2700 Richville Dr. SE, Massillon, OH, Pastor Mark Jacobs officiating. Friends may call ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time at the church. Burial will take place 1:30pm at Canal Fulton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ruzell's name can be made to the Anchor Baptist Church, 2700 Richville Dr. SE, Massillon, OH 44646.
