Sandra Kay Crews "Sandy" (Ladow), 72 of Canal Fulton, passed away peacefully Friday, October 21, 2016 with her family by her side. Born June 16, 1944 in Akron, she lived many places throughout her life but called Canal Fulton her home. Sandy worked for Giant Eagle for over 20 years.  Preceded in death by her parents Marguerite (Eugene) Stern and Robert Ladow, the love of her life her husband John and special aunt Vicki; Sandy is survived by her loving children Sharon (Chase Swartz) Crews, David (Sherry) Crews, Diana (Chris) Wood, Cheryl Baughman, Laura (Shad Boone) Rohr and Jason (Barb) Crews; the joys of her life, grandchildren Tiffany, David Jonathon, Corey, Lauren, Cara, Zack, Kady; great-grandchildren Madison, Rylan, Anthony; loving sisters Pat, Pam, Jackie; brother Jim and their families; sister-in-law Merle; loving cat Oscar and a host of friends. Sandy was loved by so many and will be missed greatly. The family wishes to thank all of the doctors, nurses and therapists who have helped Sandra the last five years. We would also like to give a special thank you to our sister Cheryl Lynn Baughman for all her care and compassion she provided mom; We love you. Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, 1:00PM, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor Sandra Hutchinson officiating. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Calling Hours Monday, 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home and also one hour prior to service time on Tuesday.
