Sarah Jane Breidenthal, 83 formerly of Manchester died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011. She was born May 5, 1928 in Cleveland Ohio to the late Samuel and Ida Rooke and had lived most of her life in Akron. She graduated from West High School and Actual Business College. She also attended Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia, where she was affiliated with Phi Mu Sorority, was a member of Not by Choice Group, Faith Family Church and the Rocking Angels. Sarah loved gardening, cooking, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, William and sister, Lotis D. Pattley. She is survived by her children, Susan (Bill) Hetler; Robin (Joe) Ellerman; Betsy (John) Bradley and David (Robin) Breidenthal; Twelve Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service THURSDAY, 11a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Bill Luzecky officiating. Burial Manchester Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home WEDNESDAY 5pm-8pm and Thursday, one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Canton Community Service to help needy families.
