Shane A. Phillabaum, 16 of Jackson Township, our loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend was called into the loving arms of the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011. He was a life resident of the Jackson Twp. area and was a sophomore at Coventry High School, where he was a member of the Varsity Cross Country team. He was a member of St. Jacob Lutheran Church, Jackson Twp. and loved skateboarding, snowboarding and BMX. Shane will always be remembered for his silly personality, infectious smile and beautiful blue eyes. Shane had a passion for helping his friends when they had a bad day and was able to bring a smile to their faces. All Shane wanted was to love and be loved. He is survived by his parents, Faith and Tom Phillabaum; brothers, Taylor and Kyle; grandparents, Bert and Bonnie Cruz; Glenn and Sue Phillabaum; Richard and Susan Macioce; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved bulldog, Diesel. Funeral Service SATURDAY 11 a.m. at St. Jacob Lutheran Church, 8697 Mudbrook Street NW (Jackson Township) with Rev. Lynn Williamson officiating. Burial Mudbrook Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm AT THE CHURCH and SATURDAY one hour prior to services AT THE CHURCH.
