Susan Nadine (Treadway) Torrie, 84, of Jackson Township, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 3, 2024. Born on August 12, 1939 in Artie, West Virginia to the late Howard and Victoria Treadway, she had been a Jackson Township resident for the past 37 years. Susan became a Christian in 1971 and loved talking about Christ and what He did for us on the Cross. She had a love for birds and loved to feed them every Winter so she could watch them out her breakfast nook window. She was a stay-at-home mom raising three children who loved the fact they could come home and tell her about their day.

Susan was preceded in death by her Husband, Donald T. Torrie and her oldest son, Timothy B. Torrie. She is survived by two children, Donna M. Torrie and James (Shadow) Torrie; three grandchildren, Alex Stockton, Stephanie (Brent) Sampson, Donald T. Torrie; and great-grandchildren, Ayden, Jocelyn, Amelia, and Evelyn; and sister Mary Ann Shadrick.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Jacob Mudbrook Cemetery, Jackson Township.
