Terry E. Iddings, 64, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 after a brave 9 month battle with brain cancer. Born and raised in Sebring, OH, he had been a Canal Fulton resident for the past 17 years. Terry graduated from Mount Union College in 1972 with a Bachelor's in Music and from Youngstown State University with a Master's in Education. He retired from the Sebring Local Schools after 35 years of service as a band director, music teacher and science teacher. Terry was also a member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Massillon where he served on the vestry, was an acolyte director and sang in the choir. Preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Thelma Iddings; he is survived by his loving wife of 16 years Laura (Ruthrauff); children Susan (David) Colman, Jonathan (Angela) Iddings, Sarah (Jeffrey) Lang, K.C. Ries and Chris Ries; five grandchildren Zane, Charlotte, Evelyn, Grady and Vivienne. Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, March 29, 2014, 11am, at St. Timothy Episcopal Church, 226 Third St. SE, Massillon. Calling Hours FRIDAY 4pm to 7pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton).
