Terry D. Neitz, 81 of Canal Fulton, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at home surrounded by family. He was born June 8, 1943 in Akron to the late Henry and Goldie (St. Clair) Neitz and retired from the City of Akron after 30 years of service. Terry enjoyed bowling, playing horseshoes, and lottery scratch offs. Most importantly Terry loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ryan Neitz. Terry is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Anita (Yoder) Neitz; children, Kevin (Lora) Neitz, Andrea (Brian) Haasz, and Eric (Jennifer) Neitz; daughter-in-law, Margie Neitz; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert and Randy Neitz.

Per his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Terry's name can be made to the Gentiva Foundation, 3350 Riverwood Parkway SE Suite 1400 Atlanta, GA 30331. Please include Heartland Hospice Akron, In memory of Terry Neitz on any donation.
