Thomas E. Nicholas, 72, passed away October 7, 2011 at the Hospice Care Center in Copley. Born in Massillon, Thomas had been a North Lawrence resident for the past 40 years and retired from Reiter Dairy in 2001 after 25 years of service. Preceded in death by his son Mark; sister Mary and parents Howard and Lillian; Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years Diane (Ketler); sons Tom Jr. and Brian (Dawn); daughters Teresa (Chuck) Shetler and Lisa Nicholas; daughter-in-law Julie Nicholas; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 12, 201, 1 P.M., at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt 93) Canal Fulton, Pastors Harry and Mary Lou Merryman Officiating.
