Tommy A. Helms, 69, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 30, 2013. Born in Charlotte, NC, he had been a Canal Fulton resident for the past 13 years. Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Ann; son Tommy Helms Jr.; daughter Kim (fiancAC. Donald Shorb) Helms; grandchildren Chase (Karli Carroll) Helms and Chelsey (Zach) Makowski; great-grandchildren Karlie and C.J.; brothers Gene, Donald, Darrell and Kenny; sisters Vickie, Linda and Connie. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013, 9 am, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor Rod Grabski officiating. Inurnment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
