Varist L. "Vic" Haggerty, 89 of Canal Fulton, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Born  in Dellroy, OH to the late Homer and Margaret (Brown) Haggerty, he had been an Akron/Massillon area resident most of his life and was a retired truck driver. Vic enjoyed running auctions and country music. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jessie (Heflin) Haggerty; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Rita Haggerty and numerous siblings. Vic is survived by his daughter, Debbie Haggerty; grandson, Aaron Haggerty; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services wil be held MONDAY, September 21, 2020, 12:00pm (Noon) at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Burial at Clinton Cemetery. Visitation ONE HOUR PRIOR service time at the funeral home.
