Vincent L. Douglas, 60, passed away March 11, 2011 at Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center in Louisville. Born in Canton where he had been a resident for most of his life. Vince enjoyed coaching and participating in sports especially golfing with his friends from Nickles Bakery. Preceded in death by his mother and stepfather; Survivors include loving wife of 35 years Shelia; son Clint (Fiance Kellie Winters); daughters Jamie (Chuck) Dulcie and Sherri Douglas; grandchildren Drew, Nathan and Addi; sister Rose Douglas; beloved pet Toby and numerous nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws, coworkers at Nickles Bakery and many golfing buddies. The family would like to thank Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center, especially the B wing for their excellent care given to Dad. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011, 11 A.M. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St (Rte 93, Canal Fulton), Pastor Max Baker officiating.
