Surrounded by loved ones, William (Bill) Hursh Jr., 62, passed away peacefully Friday, February 26 after a vigilant two year battle with cancer.

Bill was born in Canton, Ohio to Betty & William Hursh on February 12, 1954 and was a lifetime resident of Canal Fulton where he worked in the HVAC industry for 40 years. Bill enjoyed golf, traveling, ALL professional & college sports, Indy auto racing and spending time with his family. Most of all, Bill cherished his grandchildren whom he adored.


Bill is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Vicki, daughter Heather (Matthew) son Bryan (Casandra), grandchildren Isabella, Kiersten, Adeline, & Cayden, mother Betty and sister Jane. Bill is preceded in death by his father Bill.


Friends may call at Church of the Lakes (Fulton Drive, Canton) on Thursday, March 3rd from 6-8 pm or Friday 10-11am. Memorial services Friday at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Royal Family Kids Camp via Church of the Lakes at 5944 Fulton Drive NW, Canton, Ohio 44718.
