William "Bill" Wittman, Jr, age 81; passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Bill worked in sales for BF Goodrich and later Sparks Belting. His life revolved around his beloved children, grandchildren, and the farm. They resided in Lawrence Township for 61 years. Bill loved vacationing with his family, especially during their numerous trips to Myrtle Beach. He enjoyed farming "Orv and Orv Farms", was an avid snowmobiler and was known for his jokes. Bill was a devout catholic who's faith was very important to him. He was loved and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Anne Wittman on August 22, 2024; parents, William Sr. and Gertrude (Gesaman) Wittman; and brother, Dennis Wittman. Bill is survived by his beloved children, Deanna (Tim), David, and Chris (Tiffanie); cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Rylee, and Chris "Bud" and brother, Terry (Lisa) Wittman. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on THURSDAY, September 12, 2024, 11:00am at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 161 W Clinton St, Doylestown, OH. (Please Meet at the Church) Visitation will be held WEDNESDAY, September 11, 2024, 6pm to 8pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery.
