Carol Jeanne (Schueller) Yeater

Carol J. Yeater, 93 of New Franklin, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023. Born September 4, 1930 in Akron to the late Ed and Esther (Plues) Schueller, Carol retired from Barberton Hospital after 28 years of service. In her younger years she was an elevator operator at Polsky's Department Store and was a petite model. Carol was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Yeater and sister, Janice Cook. Carol is survived by her children, Lisa (Tony) Deventure, Dean Yeater and Jack (Gretchen) Yeater; grandchildren, Jaclyn, Ashley, Michael, Madison and two great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held MONDAY, November 6, 2023, 2:15pm at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville. Please meet at the cemetery by 2:00pm.
