Elaine S. Forsthoffer, 88 of Canal Fulton, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021. She was born September 18, 1932 in Duquesne, PA to the late Paul and Helen (Kato) Sheba and had been a Canal Fulton resident for the past 47 years. Elaine was a member of SS Philip and James Catholic Church, enjoyed crafting, gardening and she always woke up humming. She especially loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Forsthoffer and brother, Paul Sheba, Jr. Elaine is survived by her children, Joseph P. (Katheryn Rodler) Forsthoffer and Stephanie R. (Tommy J.) Mabelitini; step-granddaughter, Sarah; sister-in-law, Maggie (Gene) Fecik; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held WEDNESDAY, September 15, 2021, 11:00am at SS Philip and James Catholic Church, 412 High St. N., Canal Fulton, Fr. Kevin McCaffrey celebrant. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Calling Hours Tuesday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton.
