We send to everyone in Uncle Gene's extended family our heartfelt condolences.  He was a gift of an uncle, leaving memories of our too-seldom gatherings with him never to be forgotten for Gene's thoughtful and energetic expressions of generosity and kindness and encouragement.  His absence is a 'hole' in the Gillespie family as well as with the Rasmussens.  Mineko and I send you all our love.
