Geraldine M. Miller-95
Gerry was called to glory August 24th. She was a spunky fun loving woman. Gerry was married to the love of her life William R. Miller Sr. for 68 years prior to his passing in 2011. Gerry’s posterity included 3 children; Penny Mann, William R. Miller Jr. and Trinka (Joe) Schultz. Nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Gerry was an accomplished home maker. She and Bill moved to Ellenton, Florida upon retirement in 1979 and made countless friends. Gerry returned to Canal Fulton in 2017 and lived independently, she moved to Chapel Hill in 2019. The entire family would like to thank the staff of Chapel Hill for the love and care she received from them. Especially, Kim Walsh (to Gerry she was Bea) who loved Gerry like her own family. The staff at Hospice gave the family an additional level of comfort and support over the past few months. We pray daily for these healthcare workers who gave the family the confidence to know that our mother was in good hands.
Gerry had a purpose for everyday she lived on this earth. She endeavored to bring love, joy, peace, and kindness to everyone she met. Some days were a struggle, but Gerry gave the mercy and grace given to her by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
A celebration of life will be held September 10th at 3:00 PM at RiverTree Canal Fulton “The Rock”, 709 Elm Ridge. Pastor Al Dangelo officiating. Calling hours one hour prior to the service.
