Helen Eileen (Kiko) Dittmer, 92 of Canal Fulton, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021. She was born February 17, 1929 to the late Ferdinand and Mary Elizabeth (Rohr) Kiko. Helen was a lifetime resident of Canal Fulton and was active in NW Stark Senior Citizens center along with the Red Hat Society. She was a member of SS Phillip & James Catholic Church and a longtime member of the Altar and Rosary society. She loved the outdoors and especially liked working in her yard and mowing (riding around) on her old cub cadet. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Clarence Dittmer and grandchildren, Tricia and Christopher Echols. Helen leaves behind children, Debra (Bob) Dies of Akron/Naples Fl., Sandy Dittmer of Carrolton, Mark (Sharma) Dittmer of Norton along with Grandchildren, Bryan (Jennifer) Echols, Jillian (Nathan) Canter, Colleen Dittmer and Alison Dittmer. She also has 5 great grandchildren. The family would especially like to thank all of mom’s wonderful neighbors for always checking on her and helping us during her time of illness. Calling hours will be MONDAY, November 22, 2021, 10:00am to 11:30 am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton followed by Mass of Christian Burial 12:00pm (Noon) at SS Phillip and James Catholic Church, 412 High St. NE, Canal Fulton with Fr. Kevin McCaffrey celebrant. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Johns Villa, Carrollton Ohio or NW Stark Senior Citizens Center in Canal Fulton.
