Julia’s surviving siblings are Delores Andrew, Anita Wagner, and her husband Max, Donald Bartlett, and his wife, Barb, and their families. From a young age, she dedicated her life to missionary work, humbly serving “the least of these” with over 30 trips to India and other countries. She then pursued her education and graduated with a Master of Divinity while serving as a senior pastor in the Methodist denomination in Ohio and West Virginia until she retired. She could swim better than most and found great joy being with her family on the water, West Virginia being among her favorite places. Julia had kind words for everyone she met and was known for sending scriptures to friends and family. Julia deeply loved her family and the Lord with all of her heart. She left behind a very large impact and built a beautiful legacy. She will be so terribly missed.
