Mary Jane Farnsworth
Age 86 of Canal Fulton, passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020.
She is survived by her son, Enos (Kathy), Mark (Tammy); daughter, Darlene (Todd) Peterson; 10 grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Albert and Rosalia (Plunket) Bradley, husband, Herbert and daughter, Helene (Farnsworth) Reichlin.
A lifelong resident of Canal Fulton, she was an active member of SS Philip & James Catholic Church. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, and felt blessed with all of the friends she had met through Eastern Star, Shriners and the Red Hat Society.
Private Services were held for the family with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, Canton.
In lieu of flowers, our only communication with our mother was via FaceTime. Many elderly do not have IPhones and pass without ever getting to see their family. They have started an initiative at Mercy Medical to provide IPads to every “end of life” patient so they can see their family. Please donate to this initiative at https://www.cantonmercy.org/giving/ and under “Donation”, select “Other” and type “End of Life IPad Initiative”. The family and our mother would greatly appreciate it.
