Sharon Marie (Phillips) Lacey

Sharon Marie Lacey was called home to our Lord on Sunday, March 17, 2024.

Born January 8, 1948 to William and Delores Phillips, Sharon was a generous and loving individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Sharon was a 1966 graduate of Central High School in York, PA.

She married Stephen R. Lacey in 1970 and settled in Green, Ohio where they raised their two children.  Sharon dedicated all her heart to her family and always selflessly placed them first.  She adored children, especially her four grandsons.  She was an avid baker and loved vacationing in the Outer Banks, NC.  Sharon always wore a warm and loving smile.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Delores (Taylor) Phillips; sisters Billie Jean and Sonya; and brother Tom.

She is survived by her husband Stephen; children, Steve (Jenny) and Elizabeth (Tommy); grandchildren, Curtis, Jacob, John, and Jeffrey; sisters-in-law Sandra (Rick) and Sue (Ron); numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice for their care of Sharon.

Per the family's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
