Chuck,
I will be forever grateful that you were in my life. I have so many wonderful memories. I so loved watching you direct the band and I loved watching you sing all the songs when you were at my musicals. The world is a colder and darker place without the warm glow that was your light. A life well lived. Now it's time to rest my friend and let God take care of you as you took care of so many others.

So sad to hear of Chuck's passing. My kids and myself will miss him so much. He was the first person to welcome us to the block. We had great times feeding the fish and having hotdog cookouts.

Dear Andrew , Jonathan and your family,
My prayers are with you during this time. Chuck would always tell me about all the things you were doing. He was proud of you both.
I will always remember how he would encourage me to push what I thought my limits were and to try new things. He was always there with supportive words.
I will miss my friend and teacher dearly.

Andrew, Jonathan & Matthew,
I am so sorry to hear about your Uncle Chuck:(
I will cherish my memories of our times spent together:) Listening to the music he made, the food he prepared, the restaurant meals we shared, the lively conversations, the plays and shows we sang along to while watching my sister Sally performed. I miss him already. I know you are proud to be his family; he lived a full life and touched so many people. He was the best!!

Thank you Chuck for your dedication to making music a love for so many people. Life would be so blah without music. Also thanks for all your time you dedicated to the Union Cemetery. We have lost another citizen that made Canal Fulton a wonderful place to call home.

Chuck was a great volunteer at WKSU. I always looked forward to fund drives so I could visit with him. He gave my son private french horn lessons which he so desperately needed. He was so full of life and seemed to enjoy every minute. He will be missed.

Chuck will be missed in so many ways. We felt blessed when he was able to participate in The Family Island Library Project..... partly because he always brought something YUMMY to share for lunch!!! Let's hope that Chuck continues to oversee all the organizations he has touched from his new perspective.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Chuck. May he rest in eternal peace.
We were friends at Baldwin Wallace University.
Chuck and I spent hours together doing the make up for countless plays and musicals at BW and for the Summer Theatre. Though we have been apart for many years (I lived abroad and in Florida) I feel we were never apart in spirit. Thanks for the memories Chuck!

Our loss here is Heaven's gain as I am sure he has already hooked up with the band that accompanies the Heavenly Chorus. He is probably showing them how to do a proper chorus line kick as well. He will live on in my fond memories of him!

I will miss Chuck. I played in the Canal Fulton Community Band from 2009-2013. I was absolutely honored when he asked me to work with him leading the band as one of the assistant conductors. He was always welcoming and tried to always be positive even through challenging situations.
