Shirley J. Kull, 85 of Canal Fulton, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017. Born on November 29, 1931 in Canton to the late Warren O. and Helen Lucille Anderson, she had been a resident of Canal Fulton for over 60 years and retired from Massillon Community Hospital as a Recovery Room Secretary. She was a long time member of Trinity United Church of Christ, where she served as an elder, was a part of the women's guild and choir and also sang with the Sweet Adeline's. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Charles E.; daughter, Susan L. Kull; son, Mark; daughter-in-law Jennifer; grandchildren, Rachel White and Matthew Kull; great-granddaughter Ashley Wolgamott and brother, Gary Anderson. Shirley is survived by her children, Chuck (Caroline) Kull, Kathy (Mark) White; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held MONDAY, 11am, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. East (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor Glen Shedlock, officiating. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Calling Hours Sunday, 2pm to 4pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials in Shirley's name can be made to the American Cancer Society, 3500 Embassy Parkway, Suite 150, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
